I love Jessica Simpson soo much , she is my favortie singer.. my idol i no it sounds weird but.. she is soo pretty and stuff. 7th heaven is my favorite show in the world.. so you can immagine i like ashlee simpson.. when she came out w/ peices of me, i was so excited.. i thought it sounded good when it was on the radio............ and then i watched her on TRL ... WOW what a disapointment. maybe she was having a bad day w/ her throat.. b/c her voice was horrible thats the only live performance ive ever seen of her.. and i didnt like it at all.. i will decide if they completely fixed her voice on the next live performance they show.. but the radio songs are a great sucsess and i like them alot.. this song is great,, i downloaded it off of kazaa

She doesn't have a 100 % awesome voice but it is way better than Jessicas! Jessica tries to hard but Ashlee just is herself when she sings! She also writes all her songs with incredible meaning... and they are all about her life! She had a great breakout also with a show on MTV, and that made her really famous. I think she is a great person and she deserves to have a great album and everything.
 

I am not a big fan of Ashlee Simpson. Personally, I do not think she would have ever made it in the music buissness if it was not for Jessica Simpson or her MTV show. I don't think she would have even had her show if she didn't have her big sister. Her lyrics, I admit, are excellent and true to the heart. I think it's great how she writes in on her own, and has the passion. But her voice is raspy and rough, as though she has a constant sore throat. Although I suppose her music wouldn't be as 'rock' without her rough voice, I really think she could at least sweeten it up a bit. Sometimes it gets so rough I can barely tell what she is saying, or she tries much to hard. I don't think she'll last long.

Atleast William Hung doesn't lipsync! Her la la song is a cheap hack of another song from some group in Europe. I forget their name, but I doubt it's an original song by her. She not only lip sync's but copies other people's songs too. Ashless Simpson is such a cheap hack!
 

I just flipped over the the half time show at the Orange Bowl, where OK is getting shalacked by USC 38-10. Ashlee Simpson was doing something not resembling singing in tune, finished up horribly, and the crowd booed loudly...I don't think I've ever seen a halftime act at a major sporting event get booed. Why is she even remotely famous? She is such a phoney, especially after the SNL lip syncing fiasco, and yet she's popular, has a TV show, and get's major publicity. She's not attractive, so that's not it...shouldn't she be considered in the same category as Jermain Jackson, or one of the Baldwin brothers?
