Install Homebrew PSP Games
Think Sony PSP games are overpriced? Us too. Here's a tutorial on how to download free homebrew games off the Internet and install them on your PSP.In this tutorial we will be installing a homebrew game called SmashGpsp. If you are unfamiliar with this game, SmashGpsp is a lose PSP recreation of the popular Nintendo 64 game Super Smash Brothers by a very talented programmer named mATkEUpON.

You'll no doubt be happy to know that you don't need to do any swap tricks to get homebrew to run. You still need firmware 1.50 or earlier though.
You said that there should be two folders after unzipping the downloaded game right? example: ("pspgame", "pspgame%"). I downloaded NFS Carbon, and after unzipping the .rar file, it only had one folder, (ex.: "pspgame", wuithout the "pspgame%" folder).
The "pspgame" folder contains the ISO file. I wonder, what should the "pspsgame%" folder contain? because there were other files (ASIDE FROM THE ZIP FILE) from the torrent that i downloaded. Thanks a lot and more power. Continue helping the lay people!

i just come back from china i have PSP 1.5 whch i originally bought from chine 2005 which i spent in chine the all time what happened my son some how broke the screen by an accident i did call sony service and they tell me that it is better to buy a new one which will cost you the some amount of money to fix.
any way i just don't believe them i have gnne last december to China i went back the some store i bought imagine they fix and replace the screen about 30 US $ and they advice to me to put a chip into the PSP and buy new memory (2G) they install some files and they gave it to me about 68 DVD full of PSP games about 272 games. which all the games i can think.
it's happening it's common in china that you can copy any game you want from that DVD and just play and my son is enjoying all this games no problem at the some time he can play the few original UMD disks that he have if you interested how it works let me know.
