How to Reset a Frozen iPhone or iPod
Occasionally an iPod or iPhone may freeze or fail to respond to your commands. This can happen for a number of reasons and does not necessarily indicate a serious problem. Just want to say a VERY big thankyou! Your website is far more helpful than anything that APPLE supplies. I followed your easy instructions in regards to a frozen ipod and to my delight it worked! Thankfully there are websites like yours that 'speak' to novices like me who would otherwise have not a clue!!!!

just wanted to thank you all for this website. My IPOD suddenly stopped working and I had no idea how to fix it. I went online to Apple's IPOD "support" page and spent thirty minutes trying to navigate the site. What a mess. Then I came to your site, read for about three minutes, and fixed my problem. You guys are awesome. Thanks!
