I was playing an iphone game & then i exited it & the iphone was for some reason at my phone application & it wouldnt let me get out of it or go home. I WAS PISSED! ANGRY! & FREAKING OUT!! I was about to disect my iphone, lol, but thanks to your page its all better!!!!! So simple & so great thanks tonsssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never e-mail on things liek this, but this was defiantly worth it, just wanted to tell you guys your doing an awesome job & one again, thank you so much!!!!

My teenager was trying to upload a new CD he had just bought and not even had a chance to listen to yet when his iPod froze. He thought he would have to let the batteries run completely down and lose all of his saved music. But instead I found Methodshop's article on re-setting a frozen iPod. Now he has successfully uploaded his CD! Thanks for saving the day.

Hey guys,
Just want to say that your page on "How to safely disconnect your iPod when it doesn't want to eject" is probably the GREATEST and most useful information I have yet to find on IPODS.

I managed to freeze my IPOD with the "Do not disconnect" screen. Now I have learnt how to reset it and I am VERY grateful!

YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
