Fixing a Frozen iPod Touch or iPhone
The most common problem iPod and iPhone users will experience is an occasional freeze or lockup.Occasionally an iPod or iPhone may freeze or fail to respond to your commands. Im not very computer savvy, mi ipod classic was locked up all night saying it was still synching, i poored over the manual, nothing, 30 seconds on your site Im good, thanks guys...

My iPod was frozen and your awesome instructions totally fixed it in a snap! No frantic visit to the mobbed apple store in the mall for me!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is awesome. So often the inside tips on Apple products are so hard to find or are confusing to a "layperson". This was simple and easy. THANK YOU!

THANK YOU so much for your tutorial on frozen Ipods! I about freaked out when my Ipod stuck on AC/DC, not that I don't love AC/DC, but I would like to listen to other stuff! It was so easy and it worked like a charm!
