Just a tip though, I have a nano and you might want to specify that the 'select' button is actually the center of the click wheel. Maybe I'm just stupid, but I didn't see a select button so I just tried holding the menu button and play/stop button for the longest time. For some reason, I got an I-pod for Christmas. As much as I love it, it is like a baby, cute, sweet, I love to play with it, I take it everywhere I go, but what does it give me in return? "I am delighted with MethodShop Online (MSO). I received an email that MSO had mp3s of speeches from the 2004 Dem Convention. When I went there I found that Rev. Al Sharpton was not there. I told them I thought Al's omission was shameful, especially in light of the hack speeches that were presented. Why was Al left out? Intense negative pressure was exerted on Al from the center and the right and he was subsequently ignored by the press. Yet many of us on the democratic wing of the Democratic Party thought his was the best of all the speeches. Could he have been omitted because he's Black? Loud? Fiery? Too Street? Too Real? Was MethodShop succumbing to right wing bias? I took MethodShop to task. They responded that they had been given the mp3s by C-Span, and that C-Span, not MSO, left it out. I said that MSO was media too and had a responsibility. I found an mp3 of Al's speech on the web, which I sent them. To their credit they posted Al's speech almost as soon as they received it. For which I owe them a huge debt of gratitude and respect. Not your average media outlet! Thanks MSO!"

"Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. After three weeks of trying everything I could find, I finally found you. In an act of desperation, I tried your completely erase procedure which I don't really understand what I am doing. The important thing is it worked. I had an iPod 20GB that hung up on transferring DCIM files to my computer. I tried everything including a wasted call to Apple, because none of them even knew what a DCIM file is. All they could do is to tell me to send it back. The hang up was not repeatable except it occurred between 30 MB and 1.1 GB, with everything freezing just like the old Mac operating systems including the forced shutdown that has to damage disk drives. After your erase procedure, I just transferred 7+GB absolutely trouble free. I can't thank you enough." ~ Tom D
