Yeti Sports: Penguin Toss (aka Pingu Throw): A Yeti chills out at the foot of a cliff when a penguin jumps down. The Yeti's sharp instincts check the situation: "That guy wants to fly." He grabs his club and the rest is history. Welcome to Yeti Sports: Penguin Toss. To play, just click on the game screen and a penguin will jump off the cliff and fall towards your Yeti. Click again and your Yeti will swing his club. Hit the penguin the right time and angle the penguins fly through the air... the further the better. Pingu Throw was created by Chris Hilgert in 2004 and instantly became an Internet cult hit.

After playing for a little while, you might wonder why Hilgert put the words "1978 Reinhold + Yeti" in the background. It's reference to the Italian mountaineer and explorer named Reinhold Messner who claimed to have found Yetis back in 1978.

There are a couple variations of Penguin Toss: Bloody Penguin Baseball features blood, spikes, penguin decapitation and landmines and Penguin Toss: Longshot which reduces the gravity in the game and enables your penguin to travel much further.
